Some shops simply take payment and never ship anything. They often keep communication vague, delay with excuses, and avoid providing a verifiable tracking number. In many cases, the store disappears after collecting enough orders, or the payment channel becomes unreachable.

These shops send a tracking link for a supposed courier service (sometimes a fake carrier page). After a few days, the buyer receives a message claiming there is a problem with customs or delivery, and they ask for a 'refundable safety deposit' or 'release fee'. If you pay, the package still never arrives because the shipment never existed.

Be skeptical of unrealistic claims, unusually low prices, and pressure tactics (limited-time offers, urgent payments, or 'extra fees' after purchase). A legitimate vendor should be able to explain shipping, refunds, and basic product information clearly.

Look for reviews outside the vendor’s own website. Prefer communities with long history and moderation. Watch for patterns: repeated complaints about non-delivery, sudden name changes, or identical marketing text across multiple domains.

If you decide to try a new vendor, start with a minimal order size. Evaluate responsiveness, shipping proof, and consistency before ever placing a larger order. Avoid vendors that demand additional payments after checkout.
